I started a series of patchwork pieces using ecoprints with tango cosmo that was grown in my small dye garden. Looking at the pieces tacked up on the wall together, a thought came into my mind - these are love letters. And they are, little notes of love and affection for a seasonal garden that grows the most wonderful, color-producing flowers.

Quilts
Display quilts out of direct sunlight. Like with any textile or artwork, exposure to sunlight can cause fading.
Remove light dust by vacuuming the quilt with a stocking over the hose.
Quilts can be hand washed or soaked in cool water and laid flat to dry away from direct sunlight. Professional cleaning is also an option. Do not machine wash or dry clean.
Artwork
Artworks should not be displayed in direct sunlight and framing with UV resistant plexiglass is recommended to maintain the color.
