purchasing a piece
I will email you an invoice for the price of the artwork + any applicable shipping costs or sales tax. The invoice can be paid by credit card or PayPal.
Order Processing Time
Pieces will generally ship within one week of purchase. You will receive confirmation of shipment and a tracking number once the piece has shipped.
Domestic Packing and shipping costs are included in the price of the piece, there is no additional fee for shipping. Sales tax will be added if applicable. Pieces are packed and shipped by FedEx.
Local Pick Up / Delivery I am located in Peekskill, NY, 45 miles north of New York City. If you are able to pick up artwork from my studio, the delivery cost will be deducted from the price of the piece. Additionally I can deliver the piece for a reduced delivery cost, if you are within a reasonable distance. Please email email@example.com to discuss either of these options.
International Please contact me for international shipping rates. The buyer is responsible for VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by his or her country.
I am not responsible for lost packages.
.Packing and shipping costs are included in the price, so in the event a piece needs to be returned, the buyer will be refunded for the price paid less packing and shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
